From the lab to the listing

From her previous role as a chemist, Nadia learned a host of detail-oriented and collaborative skills, many of which have proven useful in her career as a licensed REALTOR®. They let her identify what a client actually needs, test the assumptions behind a price or a plan, and work toward a productive solution rather than a quick one.

Active in the Greater Vancouver market since 2012, she now works primarily out of North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and the Tri-Cities, helping clients buy and sell homes wherever their interests lie. Her sold record on this site runs from Deep Cove waterfront to Burke Mountain townhomes to East Vancouver family homes, 217 closed sales in all, more than $224M combined.

Passionate, hardworking and dedicated to her craft, Nadia treats every client with integrity and respect, giving them the time and information they need to make the decision that is right for them. In practice that means:

• She tells you when a home is wrong. One first-time buyer wrote that she listed every issue with the first apartment he wanted and told him plainly that buying it would be a mistake. He bought a better one, at a better price, and trusted her from then on.
• She prices from evidence. Comparable sales, adjusted and written down, whether you are setting an asking price or deciding what to offer.
• She answers the phone. Responsiveness is the single most repeated word across her reviews.
• She brings a team. Mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers and trades chosen from the best of the people she has worked with over the years, so her clients are never left to find help on their own.

Working now primarily on referral from her many satisfied clients, Nadia is a member of the Medallion Club, which recognises the top 10% of REALTORS® in Greater Vancouver by sales, and has received the Sutton Pinnacle Award for her accomplishments.
